time.. time helps you.. you have to think about the good things. gotta think positive. nobody likes being depressed. well i certainly don’t. i mean i understand it may be hard getting over it. its okay to cry and its okay to be sad. but remember nothing lasts forever. You just have to keep your head up. and remember all the good things about life. set your self goals to keep your depressed thoughts turned off. even walking by your self around your house well relieve a bit of depression.
